Wine and Champagne Bottles

Let's talk about the product that put Kass Glassworks on the map: our bottles. Personalized for everything from weddings and housewarmings to corporate gifts and wine tastings, our bottles can literally fit any occasion and any budget.

Here's how it works. You bring (or send us) wine or champagne and we'll work with you to come up with a design that fits your needs. We'll remove one label from the bottle usually the back (so the front label remains intact) and etch your personalization right onto the bottle. The bottle remains sealed so the recipients don't find themselves drinking etching material, which isn't known for its flavor. The etching can then be left as it is, for a frosted look, or color filled. Gold and silver are the most popular colors and provide a striking contrast to the different colors of the bottles.

We've done some great bottles over the years. We do giant "dummy" bottles of Dom Perignon which we etch with the bride and groom's names and wedding date. They are put out at the reception along with gold and silver paint pens, and the wedding guests sign the bottle.

Another customer, a large area hotel, orders wine bottles (a lot of wine bottles) etched with their name and logo and sends them to guests' rooms before they arrive.

The first year they were married, Guy and Christy had a Halloween party, and Guy found bottles of "Vampire Wine," which he etched with bats, crescent moons and skeleton heads. He left the creepy "Made in Transylvania" labels on for better effect. Christy, the writer in the family, has even written limericks for people's bottles. (Her mother is so proud.)

By the way, one other thing. In Jersey you need a license to sell wine. It costs well over $100,000 which we don't have. Below are a few links where you can buy the wine which can be shipped directly too us. - Thanks!
